1. Walking
If you have planned an exercise program, then it must include cardiovascular exercise. If its not there, then I suggest to add it at the moment. A cardiovascular exercise strengthens the heart and burns calories. Walking is something which comes under cardiovascular exercise, you can do walk anywhere, anytime, without any special equipment.
It’s not just for beginners only, even a well maintained body can take good workout from walking.
Doing a brisk walk can burn up to 500 calories per hour. So, You can expect to lose a pound for every seven hours you walk, as it takes 3,500 calories to lose a pound.
2. Squats
Strength training is essential, as the more muscular fitness you have, the greater the capacity you have to burn calories.
Experts tended to favor strength-training exercises that target multiple muscle groups. Squats, which work the quadriceps, hamstrings, and gluteals, are an excellent example.

Push-up is kind of planking exercise, almost yoga-type moves. Anytime you have the pelvis and the core [abdominals and back] in a suspended position, you have to rely on your own adherent strength to stabilize you.
Push-ups can be done by anyone at any level of fitness.
5. Bent-over Row
Brent-over Row is the exercise kind of bang of bucks that works for all the major muscles of the upper back, as well as the biceps.
