Till the age of puberty, most people gain about 2 inches in height each year. Once you hit puberty, you may gain 4 inches per year. However, everyone grows at a different pace.

Good posture perception
While walking, Always keep your back straight, head up and shoulders down and widened out. As possible prevent wearing heaving items when carrying a bag.
While sitting, keep your back straight and ensure you are not slouching over time. Be aware of your posture and put in effort in keeping a straight back.
While standing, spread your legs and stand straight whilst keeping your hands as close to your body. Prevent putting your hands in your pocket as it can lead to slouching of the shoulders
The way we position our body no matter if we are sitting, walking, sleeping or standing, we have a strong impact on how tall we appear. Although poor posture is one of the external factors that can influence your height, your mental health and postural habits also contribute to your overall stature.

- Young children ages 3-5 years old get 10 to 13 hours
- Children ages 6-13 get 9 to 11 hours
- Teenagers ages 14-17 get 8 to 10 hours
- Adults ages 18-64 get 7 to 9 hours
- Older adults ages 65 and older get seven to eight hours
Getting extra sleep helps the body to increase HGH production, so go ahead and take that power nap.
Pull-ups
One of the benefits of pull-ups is to support height growth effectively that’s why pull-ups always recommended when we talk about increasing height. While doing pull-ups, the bones will be stretched, which makes the epiphyses no longer suppress the growth cartilages, thereby facilitating the production of new layers of cartilages.
Furthermore, when doing pull-ups, you must jump to grab the pull-up bar that is generally 20 – 25 cm higher than your reach. As a result, the discs between adjacent vertebrae are dilated and the growth cartilages at the epiphyses are produced even more. As you do pull-ups, your body is no longer controlled by the Earth’s gravity and your bones and joints do not have to support the weight of your whole body but are completely relaxed.
Body Stretch & Bar Hanging
Stretch will make the muscles grow and make them elongated as well. This exercise increase height especially stretches and strengthens the intercostal muscles. While doing a stretch, make sure you feel the muscles pull all along your side from your lower back and up to your shoulder to succeed in boosting height growth.
